BirdPro is the official app of BirdLife South Africa. The aim of the project is to help people identify the birds they see by combining the latest technology with a simple, yet effective user experience.
In order to achieve this, the developers decided to create an application that would help people identify the birds by taking photos or by using the built-in camera. This way, people can check the identification of a bird they want to identify, even if they are in a different location. The application also contains a database with all the species that can be found in the region, which makes it possible to search for a specific species, regardless of where the user is.
